At Casumo, we understand the thrill of winning money on our casino product and make every effort to ensure that your withdrawal request is processed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Further to Clause 8 of our Terms and Conditions, please be advised that where the withdrawal request exceeds the amount of €/$50,000, you may withdraw (i) the higher of the full amount deposited in that month; or (ii) €/$50,000 per month. VIP players may also be entitled to higher withdrawal levels.
In the case of withdrawal requests pertaining to funds not used for wagering, Casumo will only remit your funds when the extended due diligence procedure has been successfully carried out.
In some cases, depending on the payment method used to fund your account, you may be asked for one or a combination of the below documents, or additional documents not included in the list below. The method(s) by which we pay your withdrawal is directly dependent upon the payment method(s) by which you have submitted your deposit(s) in the past, and the amounts of those deposit(s).
In some cases where account verification is required for completing your request, we will return any pending withdrawals to your bankroll until the verification on your account is complete. If your withdrawal remains in a pending status and is not returned to your bankroll immediately, you will have 7 days to complete your account verification before your withdrawal is reversed and returned to your bankroll.
In the event you request a withdrawal of funds in a currency which is different from the deposit currency, a conversion rate will be applied based upon the daily commercial rates offered by banks and credit card companies on the day the withdrawal or portion of it is processed. An additional margin to cover our conversion costs may be added to the commercial conversion rates offered.
Once the withdrawal has been processed, you will be informed in due course of the withdrawal ID and the amount refunded in both bankroll currency and settle currency.
You are kindly reminded that as per our Terms and Conditions, prior to a withdrawal being processed you may be required to verify your identity. The certification of your identity is to protect you and us from potential online fraud.
What sort of Documents Will I need to Provider for Identity Verification?
Please ensure that all details are clearly legible to enable prompt and accurate verification. For security purposes block the middle eight numbers on the front of the card copy and the 3 digit security code at the back of the card copy.
Terms applicable to credit/debit card deposits and withdrawals
Due to regulations imposed by issuers of Visa credit/debit cards, we may not be permitted to pay withdrawals to Visa credit/debit cards issued in specific countries. For this reason, as per our Terms and Conditions, we fully reserve the right to pay a bank account held in your name or to any other payment method at our absolute discretion.
Please note the following important withdrawal information:
(i) Withdrawals requested within the same 24 hour as the deposit, via the same payment method, may be combined as one payment.
(ii) in most cases, withdrawal and payment credits will be posted as separate transactions and will not cancel charges resulting from your deposit(s) to your Casumo account.
(iii) In the event you have not used your chosen payment method to deposit to your account for more than 3 months, this withdrawal option may no longer be available.
Note: Please notify us immediately should your credit/debit card(s) be lost, stolen or cancelled or should your E-wallet status change, so we may investigate its status and further confirm that payments may (or may not) be received.
We reserve the right to delay and/or stop the processing of withdrawal requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding deposit transactions.
Bonus Terms
Bonuses may be withdrawn only after all Bonus Policy requirements have been satisfied.
If you attempt to withdraw any funds from your account, you will forfeit all of your Restricted Funds (the total of bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement and any winnings associated with such bonus funds- which include without limitation bonus tokens, free spins, and any freeplay) and any related winnings with respect to such which have not been converted to available funds, being those funds that you have deposited and any winnings derived from such funds as well as any bonus funds that have met the applicable wagering requirements).
In addition, before any withdrawals are processed, your behavior on the Website/usage of the games will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interests of fair gaming, equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular playing patterns for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular playing patterns play for bonus play-through requirement purposes include but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or in excess of 30% or more of the value of Your total balance (including any given bonus) until such time as the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should Casumo deem that irregular playing patterns have occurred, Casumo reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses
