Mega Ball 90 is a Bingo/lottery-style game that has mind-blowing potential payouts. To start playing, load up Mega Ball in the Casumo live games lobby. The game will open onto the golden studio and live host. The host runs the game and provides top-notch entertainment along the way.
To start the round, use the game controls at the bottom of the screen to buy cards and set the cost from $0.10-100 (the +/- buttons in/decrease the cost of cards). You can buy between 1-200 cards per game. Unlike the lottery, you won’t get to pick your numbers as the cards are auto-generated, but if you’re not happy with a card, you can opt to switch all the numbers for a new set.
There are 51 balls in play, which makes the rounds quick and gives you more chance to win. In each round, 20 numbers are drawn. When a drawn ball matches your card, the number is marked off your card. You are aiming to make complete lines as this equals a payout. The more lines you get on a card, the more money you’ll win. Lines can be made horizontally, vertically or diagonally.
Each round, the last number to be drawn, is the Mega Ball, and it has the multiplier attached (between 5-100x). You’ll get the multiplier attached to the payout if you use the Mega Ball in your last line.

You’ll see the golden studio, ball draw machine, and live host when you enter the game. Along the bottom of the game screen are the gameplay controls, and the paytable is on the far left.
When the host opens bets, use the middle bet button to increase to decrease your cost per card (this affects the payouts) and then select how many cards you want to buy. The dealer will start the game when the betting period closes, drawing first the random multiplier and the Mega Ball.
You won’t have to do anything when the main game begins, as your numbers are automatically marked. Simply enjoy the entertainment from the host and the anticipation of the round.
Once all 20 balls are drawn, your winning cards are left on the screen, and your payout depends on how many lines you’ve made (the exact payouts depend on your card cost, but the more lines you get, the bigger the payout and if you used the Mega Ball, you also get the multiplier added).
Winning lines can be horizontal, vertical or diagonal. Each 5x5 card contains 24 numbers and a wild space in the middle, and a potential of 12 lines per card. You can buy up to 200 cards in bundles of 1,10,15, or 25.
If you don’t like the numbers on your card during the betting period, you can opt to swap them all by clicking ‘refresh numbers’. This is a blind pick and changes all the numbers on your card.
Mega Ball Payouts
We’ve already covered the basic game controls located at the bottom of the game screen. There are a few other options on the screen.
Mega Ball Live doesn't have a fixed jackpot. However, the largest payouts are up to 1,000,000x your bet. For this, you’ll need to bet max, hit the lines and use a Mega Ball with a 100x multiplier.
